12 days until Regionals! eek! We're doing a bunch of extra meetings, and hopefully we'll be finished before we all leave on the 7th. (Regionals is on the 8th, but it's a long drive so we're going there the day before) We have about half of our lines memorized.... the technical thingys #1 and #2 are not finished..... we need to practice set-up.... yeah, you can see how optimistic we are. It's hurry hurry hurry, busy busy busy, ow the glue gun is hot! However, things ARE moving along, unbelievable as that may be. Everything should be done by competition, the question is, will it all be working by then? Only time and a lot of glue will tell....

GO GIANTS!!!
Yeah, yeah, off-topic title. C'mon folks, it's the Superbowl! Anyhow, getting to the important things:
We finished painting the backdrop! It is bee-utiful! Ellie's hours of watching PBS painting shows finally paid off.
Design for one of our technical aspects is about done. The other technical thingamajiger has a frame-- forgive me, prototype of a frame. (details, details)
We counted our cost so far and found that we have plenty left. :-) And we still have to make the most expensive part of the solution. *facepalm*
Not much else to say that I can think of. Anybody with a better memory go ahead and post whatever I probably left out.
